Chad C. Clements is a Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Texas and a National Certified Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors Inc. specializing in Chemical Dependency.
Chad holds a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Counseling (MABC) and a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education (MACE). He has been in practice since 1997 working in behavioral health as a counselor in the criminal justice system. He has held positions such as: Correctional Officer, Family Educator, Clinical Coordinator, Performance Improvement Director, Western Division Operations Administrator, and Counselor for DIVERT. Chad assisted in the design and development of the Dallas County DIVERT counseling program that helps first-time felony offenders and their families recover from their addictions.
Chad specializes in counseling those who are seeking help with mental health concerns, family and relational difficulties or enhancements, and those seeking counseling to fulfill the requirements of the criminal justice system. He uses cognitive behavior, solution-focused and brief therapy approaches to help those in need. Chad has a strong work ethic characterized by integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to providing the best care for clients and their families.
Chad is happily married to his wife of 30 years and has three children.

Sessions are $130 per hour. Payment is due at the time of the session.
Clements Counseling currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance. If you have a different insurance carrier, Clements Counseling can supply a receipt to file for reimbursement.
An advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. If notice is not given within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged for the full session at a rate of $130.
